Perform Properties (“Perform”), a diversified real estate operating platform specializing in high-quality, grocery-anchored retail centers and premier office assets, today announced two key executive appointments: Jennifer Kroog Rosenberg as Senior Vice President, Head of Communications & Marketing, and Tiffany Gherlone in a newly created role as Senior Vice President, Head of Data & Research.

These leadership additions reflect Perform’s ongoing investment in top talent to drive value creation and operational excellence across its portfolio. Kroog Rosenberg will lead communications, brand strategy, and marketing – ensuring the company's distinctive strengths are strategically positioned to engage stakeholders and accelerate growth. With a background in consumer branding, she brings a valuable perspective to commercial real estate, helping shape connections and brand clarity that align with the evolving expectations of today’s tenants, employees, and customers across both retail and office environments.

Gherlone will oversee data, analytics, and research, providing key insights to support strategic decision making, anticipate market trends, and drive successful business outcomes with greater precision and foresight. Her deep expertise in real estate market intelligence and ability to turn complex analytics into actionable strategy will help support continued performance and enhance long-term value creation.
